The CAM Sing-1LR is an automated product singulating and counting system that separates bulk products into a single-file stream for precise counting and grouping.

Using a series of intelligent rollers and advanced sensors, the machine spaces products accurately before counting them and transferring them to a holding hopper or directly into downstream packaging equipment such as baggers or cartoners.

The system is ideal for manufacturers that require reliable counting of individually packaged products for variety packs, multipacks, bulk packaging, or retail-ready formats. Its precise product separation and counting capabilities help improve packaging accuracy, reduce labor requirements, and increase production efficiency.

What Matters Most

  • Accurate product separation and counting

The variable-speed roller system automatically pushes and pulls product apart to create consistent spacing, ensuring accurate counts and reliable product flow into the next stage of packaging

  • Versatility across product types

Designed to handle a broad range of products, including snack packs, candies, bars, stick packs, sauces and other wrapped items, with minimal changeover requirements between product runs

  • User friendly

A touchscreen HMI allows operators to quickly adjust product dimensions, target counts, production settings, and monitor daily production statistics from a centralized control interface

  • High-speed performance

Engineered for average production speeds of approximately 110 products per minute, with higher speeds achievable depending on product characteristics and machine configurations
