Stick Packs & Hydration Products
The Opportunity
-
Single-Serve Formats Come With Real Packaging Demands
Powdered drink mixes, hydration products, and single-serve supplements each bring their own packaging challenges. Getting them to shelf reliably starts with the right fill system for your formula.
-
Powders and Granules Don't Fill the Same Way
Fine powders, granular blends, and multi-ingredient formulas each need a different fill approach. Matching the right system to your product from the start keeps your line running the way it should.
-
One System Can Handle More Than One Format
The same core platform that fills individual stick packs can support multi-pack cartons and multi-flavor retail configurations, without starting over when a customer asks for something new.
Flexibility That Creates More Opportunity
-
Combine More Products and Flavors
A properly configured CV-190 runs multiple powder or granular formulas. A new flavor doesn’t have to mean new equipment.
-
Create More Pack Counts and Configurations
From a single stick to a bundled retail configuration, the right system adapts without a full line redesign.
-
Change Between Runs More Efficiently
Move between formulas with a system built around your product range from the start — not retrofitted after the fact.
How a Stick-Pack System Comes Together
-
Product Feeding
Fine powders run through an Auger filler. Granular products use a Volumetric Cup Filler or Scale. The CV-190 supports all three, plus liquid pump integration.
-
Filling & Forming
The CV-190 forms, fills, and seals each stick pack as part of one continuous, low-footprint process.
-
Sealing & Cutting
Each stick is sealed and cut to length, ready for secondary packaging with consistent output.
-
Cartoning & Retail Configuration
Finished stick packs can be grouped into cartons or multi-flavor retail configurations, inline or downstream.
