Accordion + Carousel
The CV-1030 is designed for the automatic packaging of liquids, powders, and granular products for food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other industrial applications. Its flexible design allows it to integrate with a variety of product conveying and dosing systems to accommodate different product characteristics and fill requirements.
The machine produces large-format flexible pouches from roll stock film. It supports bag sizes ranging from 300-800 mm in length and 300-500 mm in width, with a maximum filling volume of 20,000 ml, making it ideal for bulk and large-volume packaging applications.
The CV-1030 combines a PLC control system with an intuitive touchscreen interface to automate product conveying, measuring, filling, bag forming, date coding, sealing, and cutting in a single operation. A servo motor-driven twin belt film-pulling system provides accurate film control, while a highly sensitive fiber optic photo sensor automatically tracks registration marks for precise package alignment. Operators can easily adjust packaging parameters, monitor daily production output, and view self-diagnostic machine information directly from the control screen. A PID temperature controller maintains sealing temperatures within ±1°C to ensure consistent seal quality, and the machine is built to comply with CE standards for safety and performance.
