The CV-520 is designed to package a wide range of products and can be integrated with various dosing and weighing systems. Common applications include snacks, peanuts, popcorn, cornmeal, seeds, sugar, salt, and other food products. It is well suited for products in rolled, sliced, granular, and irregular shapes, providing flexibility across multiple industries.
The machine produces flexible bags from roll stock film and supports bag sizes ranging from 90-250 mm in width and 80-390 mm in length. It is compatible with heat-sealable laminates, polypropylene films, and metalized films, making it suitable for a variety of retail and bulk packaging applications.
The CV-520 combines a PLC control system with a color touchscreen interface to automate bag forming, measuring, filling, printing, and cutting within a single operation. A servo-driven double belt film-pulling system provides precise film control and consistent package quality while reducing wear and maintenance requirements. Separate pneumatic and electrical control panels improve machine stability and reduce operating noise, and the external film release mechanism allows for faster, simpler film roll changes. Operators can quickly adjust bag alignment through the touchscreen, while the enclosed machine design helps protect internal components from powder and fine particle contamination, supporting long-term reliability and cleanliness.
