Our Customer had traditionally supplied candies and snacks in institutional formats—large bags and cases. To expand into retail, they needed a packaging solution that could economically produce smaller consumer-ready packages while keeping labour and operating costs manageable.

CAM provided a flexible packaging system capable of producing both stand-up pouches and vertical form-fill-seal bags from the same system.

CAM also provided the downstream automation to case pack the finished bags and palletize the product, creating a complete turnkey solution from product to pallet.

Our customer gained the flexibility to produce retail-ready packaging in multiple formats, opening the door to new customers and markets beyond their traditional institutional business.
