Accordion + Carousel
The CV-420MN is designed to package a wide variety of products when paired with the appropriate dosing or filling system. Typical applications include coffee, tea, pet food, liquids, powders, pharmaceuticals, confectionery, bakery products, and kitting applications.
The machine produces flexible bags from roll stock film and supports bag sizes ranging from 80-180 mm in length and 80-200 mm in width. It works with heat-sealable laminates, polypropylene films, and metalized films, making it suitable for many retail and industrial packaging applications.
The CV-420MN combines an intuitive PLC and touchscreen control system with advanced automation features to simplify operation and improve packaging consistency. Operators can easily adjust machine settings, monitor production output, and view self-diagnostic alerts directly from the interface. The servo-driven twin-belt film pulling system and print registration capabilities ensure accurate film tracking and package presentation, while recipe recall enables quick, repeatable product changeovers. An external film roll holder with an air-bladder design allows for faster film changes, and the PID temperature controller automatically maintains sealing temperatures within ±1°C for reliable seal integrity. The machine is also UL and CSA electrically approved, providing added confidence in safety and compliance.
