Auger Filler
Mainly applied in automatic weighing of various powder or granular products in food or non-food industries, such as flour, coffee grinds, washing powder, sugar etc. Utilizes screw mechanism to accurately dispense and fill powdered or granular materials into containers, bags, or other packaging formats be exact weight.
CVR (1-7)
Pneumatic vacuum machine used in the automatic feeding of product to the packaging machine. Large storage hopper holds bulk product to be sucked into the conveying hose to supply a constant flow of product to the weighing machine that accurately dispenses the correct amount of product into each package.
VCF (50-1000)
Main application is to accurately measure and dispense a predetermined volume of granular or free-flowing products into containers, such as bottles, containers, or pouches. This ensures precise and consistent filling, contributing to the efficiency and quality of the packaging operation.
Volumetric Cup Filler can be adjusted for various sizes. Includes large hopper 4 rotary cups and integration to bagger, carton, or case below.
