This 6 lane Singulator solution is the perfect versatile counting solution, able to run various products and counts on one machine. This video shows the counting solution receiving 800 chocolate eggs per minute, then singulating them into the appropriate lane to reach the target count, whether that is 48 or 334 eggs per carton.
Applicable for creating Mixed/assorted, multi-packs, or single flavour — all on one system. Can be integrated to drop counted products into a CAM premade or VFFS bagging machine while having the option to quickly change to a box or carton filling system.
